Truck Driver

Driving truck; cartng aggregates from quarry & tipping to site, transporting spoil, rocks,  sand, and gravel from site to different locations.
Complete all allocated work within the working day
Maintain records of deliveries made.
Ensure the truck is loaded appropriately and material is recorded correctly.
Ensure all loads comply with height, weight, and specification.
Complete the logbook accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure Road User Charges (RUC), Registration, and COF are up to date.
Maintain and regularly inspect company vehicles for safe operations.
Complete all daily vehicle checks and fill out the Daily Plant Inspection Docket at the start of  the shift using Assignar.
Ensure your vehicle (and where appropriate trailer) is kept in a good, clean condition.
Report all accidents and incidents immediately and obtain details as required.
 
Skills and Knowledge Have a clean Class 4 or Class 5 driver's licence. Relevant 1 year work experienceHave good attention to detail. Have good communication skills Be physically fit. Be able to self-load. Have a clear criminal record.
