Truck Driver-Class 5

MAP Transport Ltd is looking for Five (5) full-time class 5 truck drivers. The applicant for the position of Truck Driver needs to hold NZ class 5 Driver License or equivalent if outside New Zealand, Preference will be given to Drivers who has 6 months' or more relevant experience. The hourly wage rates from $29.00 to $35.00. If you will be offered minimum of 30 hourse per week, you may be required to do more hours as per the job requirement. The company is based in Auckland Region but you will be driving outside of Auckland for delivery
Job Requirements

Have a good work ethic
Be a team player
Flexible with work timing
Have no criminal conviction and willing to do a drug test if required
Be punctual, reliable, a can-do attitude and a willingness to get the job done.
Ensure that vehicle has current COF and RUC is up to date.
Ensure accurate deliveries are made without damage and within the delivery timeframe.
The applicant needs to be medically fit for the job
Making regular quality checks of vehicles to ensure they can be driven safely
Complete all paperwork and file them including log books and proof of delivery and handed to the company.
Follow all company health and safety procedures at all times.
Estimating weights to comply with load limitations and ensuring safe distribution of weight
Experience in swing lift is desirable

2 years' experience of truck driving is desirable.
We will provide the training if required and will assist you converting youroverseas license to New Zealand license
