Key responsibilities:
Support the growth and development of our treatment team.
Contribute to project planning and design of water and wastewater treatment plants.
Coordinate the preparation, review, and management of designs, technical and commercial specifications, drawings, and schedules.
Lead the development of the treatment team and provide support and mentoring to junior engineers.
Requirements:
Proven experience in team leadership and project delivery.
Expertise in the delivery of both new and existing treatment plants.
Chartered Engineer or progressing towards being Chartered.
Great team leadership and excellent communication skills.
Proactive approach to design, drive for innovation, and excellent client liaison.
