You'll also be the first point of contact for our clients, consulting with them on results-driven treatment plans and managing their treatment journey with the clinic team.The role will involve:Being the first point of contact for our customersConsulting with customers to identify the right treatments for themSelling customers on appropriate treatments through casual or membership basisManaging customers' journey through their membership, including cross-selling treatments where recommendedAchieving sales targetsManaging in-clinic events to generate interest in the clinic and future salesMaintaining a tight-knit relationship with the clinic team to ensure we all achieve our targets while meeting our high-performing team valuesDelivering the best for our customers and the brandAre we for you?We require a full-time Treatment AdvisorAlong with a base salary, you will have access to treatments, products at special staff prices, and commission!To further your professional development, we host an annual conference with an exciting awards night, development days, and in-clinic training.Our Auckland-based Training Academy offers sales and product training.
