About the role: The role is responsible for generating new business for the clinic through events, referrals, local businesses, and networking. You'll also be the first point of contact for our clients, consult with them on results-driven treatment plans, and manage their treatment journey with the clinic team.
The role will involve: Being the first point of contact for our customers Consulting with customers to identify the right treatments for them To sell customers on to an appropriate treatment through casual or membership basis Managing the customers' journey through their membership – including cross-selling treatments where recommended Achieving sales targets is a must Managing in-clinic events to generate interest in the clinic and future sales Maintaining a tight-knit relationship with the clinic team to ensure we all achieve our targets while meeting our high-performing team values Always doing right by our customers and delivering the best for the brand Are we for you? We have a requirement for a full-time Treatment Advisor Along with a base salary, you will have access to treatments and products at special staff prices and commission! You will ideally have: A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, driving either product or service-based sales, and meeting set targets Outstanding interpersonal and listening skills and strong empathy Outstanding verbal and written communication A high degree of computer literacy Preferably a management degree in sales and marketing Dedication to delivering great customer service, no matter what A desire to grow and be part of a high-performing team Interest in skin, beauty, cosmetic, and cosmetic medicine (injectables)
