At FNZ, we are seeking a highly motivated Treasury Manager to join our team on a fixed term basis and manage our corporate treasury activity including global cash management, FX dealing, operational activity, risk management and Board reporting. This is a pivotal role that will not only help to shape the future of our APAC entities but also play a key part in the growth and success of FNZ's global business.What You Will Do:As Treasury Manager, you will develop an understanding of key commercial drivers, engage proactively with Senior Management and challenge internal stakeholders to achieve target cash flows. Your responsibilities will include:Cash flow and liquidity reporting:Own and manage multi-currency cash flow forecasting models for multiple entities, including associated FX hedging and funding requirements.Where applicable, prepare monthly regulatory liquidity returns and ensure continuous monitoring and compliance with current and future regulatory requirements.Input into monthly ExCo and Board reporting packs, including KPI reporting, commentary and variance analysis.Support the Director of Group Treasury on various projects, including maximising value from excess cash, maintaining Group Treasury policies and optimising hedging strategy.Business partnering and Treasury operations:Act as a key finance liaison to various internal stakeholders, with the aim to drive accuracy in forecasting and actions to optimise business performance, as well as to further regional business performance accountability.Provide insightful analytical review and reporting to challenge business performance and forecasting.Support the regional CFOs to maintain liquidity risk metrics within risk appetite and advise on mitigating actions.Policy review and recommendations across all areas including operational efficiency, governance, cash investment and optimisation, hedging, FX management and banking structure.Pro-active management of aged debtors to ensure timely receipts, including client communication, payment updates and reporting.Who You Are:We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional with significant experience in either treasury or operational cash management, FP&A, or forecasting/budgeting role.Our ideal candidate will have:Experience managing senior-level stakeholders and building relationships across diverse teams and geographies.Confident individual able to manage their own workload effectively to meet deadlines.A strategic mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and liaise at the appropriate level.A history of managing projects across national and international locations, delivering results in a commercial environment.Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and as part of a high-performance team.Why should you join us?We offer a competitive salary, financial reward high performance and global career opportunities in the UK, Canada, Czech Republic, Australia, New Zealand or China.As part of our team, you'll enjoy generous employee benefits, including 20 days annual leave plus an extra 6 paid days after 12 months, full health and life insurance coverage, volunteer leave, and 26 weeks of Company Paid Parental Leave.
