Position Overview
We're looking for a dynamic Travel Product Manager to join our team and help us curate and shape unique, community-driven travel experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for authentic travel, cultural exploration, and innovation. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimising travel products that resonate with our audience, elevate ARRIVAL as a cultural leader, and promote sustainable, inclusive tourism.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development : Lead the end-to-end creation and curation of travel experiences, working closely with local experts to design trips that reflect the essence of each destination. Ensure each experience aligns with ARRIVAL's values of authenticity, community, and sustainability.
Market Research & Insights : Continuously analyse travel trends, customer needs, and industry insights to create products that are relevant, inspiring, and in-demand among Gen Z and Millennial travellers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless product launches, consistent brand messaging, and high-quality user experiences across all touchpoints.
Community Building : Cultivate relationships with local communities, partners, and vendors, reinforcing ARRIVAL's commitment to cultural exchange and authentic connections.
Innovation & Experimentation : Embrace ARRIVAL's culture of creativity by testing new ideas and iterating on products to push the boundaries of travel experiences.
Performance Tracking : Set KPIs for product success and use data to analyse and optimise product performance. Use customer feedback and analytics to refine and improve the user experience.
Qualifications
Experience : 3+ years in product management, ideally within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industries. A strong understanding of digital platforms and customer experience and strong negotiation skills.
Cultural Awareness : Deep understanding of cultural trends and an appreciation for diverse cultural experiences. Familiarity with Gen Z and Millennial travel behaviours is a plus.
Strategic & Analytical Mindset : Skilled in identifying market needs and translating them into actionable product features. Comfortable using data to guide decisions.
Creative Visionary : A passion for creating new and compelling ways for travellers to connect with destinations and each other, rooted in ARRIVAL's emphasis on community and authenticity.
Adaptability & Problem Solving : Flexible and agile, able to pivot and innovate quickly in response to changing trends, customer feedback, and internal dynamics.
