We are a leading provider of tailored travel solutions, offering comprehensive travel services to onshore and offshore clients. Our mission is to deliver seamless and efficient travel experiences. We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultants to join our team. 
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing corporate client accounts and delivering exceptional travel services, including air and ground transport, accommodation, insurance, and other related services. This role also involves itinerary planning, managing reservations, invoicing, and handling customer inquiries, with a focus on providing top-tier customer service.
Job Duties:

Plan transport, accommodation, insurance, and other related services based on clients' needs
Make and manage air and land reservations for clients once contracts are finalized
Formulate detailed travel itineraries that align with clients' budgets and specific requirements
Ensure all bookings meet company standards and client expectations
Provide quotations for tailor-made tours and manage client documents
Keep final itineraries and other documentation
Process payments, refunds, deposits, and issue invoices
Ensure all payments are completed within deadlines
Notify clients of travel dates, baggage limits, and customs requirements
Provide information on tourist sites and places of interests
Monitor competitors' products and pricing, and stay updated on industry news
Answer travel inquires offline and online on social media such as RED and WeChat platforms
Handle customer complaints, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
Assist with training other travel consultants as needed

Job Requirements:

Tertiary qualification of any subject
Three years' experience as a Travel Consultant or a similar role may substitute for the qualification
Strong knowledge of travel booking systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Fluent in English and Chinese. Any additional language would be a plus

The hours of this job is for minimum 30 hours per week, and maximum 45 hours per week, with an hourly rate from $29.66 to $35 depending on experience.
