Transport Team Member

Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Team Member.
Reporting into the Transport Lead and based at distribution centre in Wiri, this is a key role to provide support and ensure that TWG Distribution Transport operations are managed in a professional, productive and cost-efficient manner, while balancing the need to deliver high levels of service.
Your key responsibilities will be to: Manage daily equipment hire for all TWG DC/ stores.
Ensure current manuals and training guides are managed and monitored.
Ensure the integrity of the equipment hired by TWG is monitored and maintained Maintain and drive for continuous improvement with vendors Ensure that key performance targets are achieved Control costs to budget through daily monitoring Qualifications Experience and Qualifications: Ideally you will have 2-3 years with retail / consumer industry experience.
Ideally you will have 2-3 years with logistics / equipment hire experience.
Strong administration skills around invoicing, maintaining equipment management systems, updating training guides, monitoring budget targets and data management.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
