Fleet Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Transport Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and their customers, providing exceptional service and support. Whether resolving inquiries, making freight delivery or pickup bookings, or troubleshooting issues, your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a knack for problem-solving and excellent communication skills. If you are passionate about logistics and transportation, we want you to be part of our team! Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email Provide accurate information to our customers Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience at all touchpoints Liaise with Depot Metro team for truck allocation to customer pickups Daily reporting and outstanding POD investigations Assist with Hire Pallet Control Upkeep our standards in accordance with NZTA Loading regulations Key attributes and skills: Minimum 2 years' customer service experience Excellent organisational and time management skills and ability to meet deadlines A high level of computer literacy Sound geographical knowledge of New Zealand Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills Who we are: MOVe Logistics Group is one of New Zealand's leading and trusted transport and logistics companies, listed on the NZSX.
