Transport Administrator - maternity cover (15/10RS) Full time, Contract/Temp

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and well organised individual to support the current transport team in the office. In this role you will be working closely alongside our customers and operational team. Along with an eye for detail and a passion for your work, you will also have:

At least three years of administrational experience - preference is to those within Operations/ Transport environments
Strong written and verbal English language skills
Great numeracy skills - (there is payroll data entry involved)
Have an innate ability to pick things up quickly.
Good self management and the ability to work autonomously at times
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills to be able to work to deadlines
Great sense of humour and able to have a laugh (and not be offended too easily)
Ability to jump in head first and help out with other required tasks when needed
Monday to Friday - 40 hours

The role will encompass:
Supplier interaction - bookings, customer service, phone calls
Filing and general administration
