Mo te turanga - About the role: The role of the Transitional Housing Property Coordinator position is to:
Advance the mission of The Salvation ArmyEffectively provide property services for the transitional houses and occupants of the properties.Support procurement and retention of properties for transitional housingProvide practical support and coordination for occupants entering and transitioning out of the transitional housing propertiesEnsure houses are clean, well maintained, and provide a welcoming environment for occupantsKey relationships will be with Community Ministries Manager, Social Workers, Landlords, local contractors, and the wider team at Salvation Army Kapiti Corps & Community Ministries.

Hours of work: Permanent full-time, 40 hours per week.
The starting salary for this role will fall between $57,000 and $67,000.
