Transfer Station - Team Leader Wanaka

Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Transfer Station team based at our site in Wanaka. The role Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing leadership and coordinating operators in the Wanaka transfer station. You will be overseeing all maintenance activities and ensuring that they are being completed with a strong HS&E focus. There may also be an opportunity to step into the Operations Supervisor role when required. Qualifications About you To be successful in this role you will be a strong people leader with a real commitment to developing and motivating your team. Ideally, you have had exposure to operating in a large, complex environment be customer-focused, and have the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers. You will also need to have a class 1 licence with W/T/F endorsements.
