We have a fantastic opportunity for a solution-oriented person who is a driver of change to join our Institutional transactional solutions team.
Your core responsibility will be developing an understanding of our clients' businesses, allowing you to design and deliver initiatives that make a material difference.
You will work with both existing and new to bank clients in delivering transactional solutions and finding efficiency gains for both clients and the Bank.
Working with senior management and delivery teams, you will be trusted as a subject matter expert who can deliver tangible value.
You will support the transactional needs of our customers and relationship managers.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing strong customer engagement around originating, scoping and delivery of well-considered client centric transactional solutions for our highly valued, Institutional customers.
Working with customers who benefit significantly from improved payment processes, upskilling of key industry risks and mitigants, and improved working capital / operational cash conversion cycles.
Play a key role in uplifting transactional banking knowledge and translating industry changes into practice across the Relationship Manager community.

Proven customer management experience with business customers at various levels while being able to work in an ever-changing environment.
Experience in taking a consultative approach to customer engagements to reframe problems to opportunities.
Demonstrable experience in areas that may range from payments related industries to technology-based businesses or process improvement roles that have delivered end-user service experiences.
Ability to think outside the square.
If you have a strong focus on the outcomes for your customers, with experience working in either transactional banking or merchant acquiring, this is a fantastic opportunity.
You need a strong work ethic, solution/change mind-set, a keen attention to detail and enjoy working in a highly motivated team.
