Transaction Analyst

With a passionate team of over 100 based in the Auckland CBD, we are committed to the success of our customers.About the role:You will be responsible for providing support by completing transactions accurately as well providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.Key responsibilities include:Processing wholesale and retail loan drawdowns, discharge and adjustmentsHandling service transactions i.e. account maintenance, term deposits, remittance handling, fund transfer etc.Creating online banking accounts for corporate banking customersHandling customer enquiries through relationship managers in relation to processed transactionsWorking alongside internal stakeholders to optimise current transaction processesAbout you:You will have 1+ years' experience in system operation, ideally within a bank.
