Workplace Training & Assessment (Education & Training) IANZ and Telarc Training Services provide specialised training to organisations and individuals on quality management and compliance standards across a broad range of industries and sectors.
The Training Programmes and Engagement Lead role involves supporting the Training Manager in the preparation, marketing, and successful implementation of training courses across a range of mediums (face-to-face, virtual, and online).
The ideal candidate will have a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering high-quality learning experiences.
Elements of the Role: Oversee general learning and development administration, including managing learning records and course preparation.
Organise and manage the logistics of learning courses including scheduling, materials preparation, and coordination of face-to-face and virtual courses.
Assist in the development and maintenance of digital learning solutions and multimedia for adult learning using a wide range of digital tools.
Create and manage marketing content for social media, tailored to the needs of the learners.

What we need in You: Proven experience in using and managing learning management systems.
Expertise in developing digital learning solutions and/or multimedia for adult learning using a range of digital tools.
Experience in creating and managing engaging social media content.
Experience in content creation tools e.g.
Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud programmes.
While a tertiary qualification in education/learning or relevant degree is favourable, equivalent experience as a learning and design professional will also be accepted.
Experience in Microsoft systems.
