Workplace Training & Assessment (Education & Training) Full time About the role: As the Training Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining, in line with Careerforce, the successful delivery of the NZQA qualification New Zealand Diploma Hearing Therapy (level 6) for trainees. This includes the delivery, internal assessment, and evaluation of training. The Training Lead is also responsible for overseeing all ongoing training and development requirements for qualified Hearing Therapists to maintain their registration standards. The Training Lead - Hearing will work collaboratively across the Your Way | Kia Roha team, ensuring aligned practices and appropriate expert input into training materials. This role is a full-time permanent role working 37.5 hours per week.
