You will manage and deliver the full learning and capability lifecycle over multiple deployments, including learning strategy and the development, delivery, and evaluation of learning activities, ensuring the users are ready, willing and able to adjust to the new system, processes, and mindsets/behaviours. You will be the decision maker on all training activities, supported by a team of business trainers.Key Accountabilities:Conduct learning needs analysis across all functional areas and process changesDesign the learning strategy and framework, including measures of success, for the programmeDesign an outcomes-based learning curriculum for each role/team undergoing changeWork collaboratively with the Change Managers, Business Service Owners, Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts and others to ensure the learning approach and training delivery is fit for purpose from both the perspective of the project delivery and business as usual requirementsIdentify the training environment and training data requirements, and manage these for each deploymentEnsure business education, training, and job aid materials are created to a high standardCreate and manage the schedule for development, approval and publishing of all training materialsManage the training logistics and calendar, including scheduling sessions, co-ordinating invitations, room and resource bookings, training kits etcEvaluate the learning delivery to identify successes, areas of improvement, knowledge gaps, individual needs and levels of comfort, and implement learnings for future deploymentsDevelop business-as-usual processes to ensure the learning approach developed within the programme is successfully embedded into business-as-usual activities and responsibilities after each project phase is complete.About You:Significant experience in leading training activities for large projects, across the full training lifecycleDemonstrated experience in creation of Learning Needs Analysis and Learning CurriculumsDemonstrated experience in the design and creation of both classroom and digital/online training contentAbility to successfully deliver training material development, classroom and blended trainingA solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change processExperience with large-scale organisational change effortsTertiary qualification in a relevant field e.g. management, teachingOur culture:Genesis is proud to be an inclusive workplace; we celebrate difference and diversity and aim to empower our employees.
