Training Lead (12-Month Ftc)

Our client is seeking a Training Lead to join them on a 12-month FTC. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive technical training programs for all staff and partners. This is a pivotal role during a critical transformation period, ensuring that the technical team is well-equipped with the knowledge and skills required to excel in their roles. What you'll do: Developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive technical training programs tailored to project needs and objectives. Reviewing existing skills matrix and identifying training needs for each staff member or staffing groups. Coordinating training across partners and departments with an emphasis on online training. Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics. Overseeing and managing training materials, in partnership with vendors. Tracking and reporting on training progress, participant performance, and outcomes to senior management. What you'll bring: Strong leadership skills with experience in developing and implementing technical training programs. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Understanding of ISP Broadband technologies and services. Experience with network configuration and management, including firewalls, switches, routers is desirable. Ability to communicate and document technical troubleshooting information clearly and effectively.
