The markets are located primarily in Asia and Europe.About the role:An exciting opportunity is available in DGC's People, Safety & Culture Team as a Training Coordinator. Reporting to the People & Capability Manager, this role is part of a dynamic, multi-disciplined team that values mutual support and collaboration.The Training Coordinator organizes training activities to meet site-wide objectives, ensuring programs meet department requirements, training records are up-to-date and compliant with audit and safety standards, and providing administrative support to the People, Safety and Culture team.They oversee and are a super user of the DGC Learning Management System (LMS), maintaining accurate training records, and collaborating with Department Managers and Team Leaders to schedule external training and track training progress.
