Workplace Training & Assessment (Education & Training) Opportunities for learning and development Paid leave over the Christmas holiday period Opportunity to make a meaningful impact to people's lives About the role We are looking for a Training Advisor to facilitate and deliver training support to McDonald's employees across Tamaki Makaurau | Auckland and Te Tai Tokerau| Northland. ServiceIQ offer NZQA qualifications to empower McDonald's employees to leverage their skills and follow their desired career paths. This is a 12 month fixed term opportunity, for a pastoral care pilot project where no two days will be the same. You will be in a role where you can make a meaningful impact, by helping people enhance their skills and advance their careers. Skills & Experience: Experience/knowledge of McDonald's or Quick Service Restaurants Experience in vocational education Great verbal and written communication with the ability to problem-solve Experience in providing support to trainees in the workplace, including identifying where additional language, literacy and numeracy support is required Excellent time management, planning, and organisational skills An ability to relate to people from all cultures/walks of life and deliver impeccable customer service About ServiceIQ ServiceIQ is the workplace training specialist for the quick service restaurant, aviation, hospitality, retail, travel, tourism, and museums sectors.
