About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Trainer to join our amazing CTM Government team to up-skill our staff in Travel Consultancy. If you have exceptional client service skills and enjoy a good work-life balance, this is for you!
A typical day will see you facilitating training for our consultants on a range of programs from New Starters, Upskilling, Fare Knowledge and Construction, Ticketing, Hotels, Soft Skills and more. You will need to be task-oriented and comfortable working with a range of skill levels, different learning needs and styles on a variety of different topics and systems - both remotely and face to face. As we are a National business, domestic travel may also be required.
About You:
Experience in training and quality assessment, with a proven track record of training and developing staff
Extensive Domestic and International travel consulting experience and fares knowledge
Strong knowledge of travel tech/booking systems - preferably Tramada / Amadeus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional client service and problem-solving skills
Strong organization and time management skills
The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
