Our Patient Services Department is responsible for the collection of blood samples and handling contained specimens, i.e., human blood, faeces, urine, tissue etc from patients within the community and the hospital. These samples are then processed and tested in our state-of-the-art medical laboratory.
About the Role: This is a casual position with no set hours or days of work.The key tasks include blood collection, responsible for handling contained specimens, i.e., human blood, faeces, and tissue, and preparing specimens for transportation.Provide professional customer service, and serve as a link between health professionals, their patients, and the laboratory.Previous Phlebotomy experience is not essential if you have:
