Job Description About The Role We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking people to join our Production and Packout Teams at our vegetable plant in Ashburton.
This is a full-time role, working on 12-hour shifts, 4 ON 4 OFF roster, starting on Day shift and then moving to Night shift as directed.
Your pay rate starts from $25/hr.
As an Operator, you will be responsible for: Running the machines to process and package produce.
Keeping records associated with the processing.
Understanding the specifications of the produce, ensuring only the correct grade of produce is processed and packaged.
Ensuring your work area is clean and always organised.
Ensuring equipment is always maintained.
Qualifications For this role, you'll need: Minimum of at least 6 months' work rights.
Intermediate working with Excel, Word and other online tools.
Be able to work with minimal supervision.
Have excellent communication skills in English.
Be physically fit.
