Role: Trainee MRI Technologist
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in Hamilton as a Trainee MRI Technologist, learning to provide an efficient and high-quality MRI service.
Your workday will include:

Working under supervision to complete the practical and academic stages of training required to obtain the Post Graduate Diploma in MRI
Work as part of a rotational roster.
Ensuring all administrative processes are complete and accurate, including the input of all patient information and data into the radiology information and PACS system, billing, processing/archiving of images, and recording of examination performed
Communicating appropriately and clearly with both colleagues and patients and ensuring that all patients are treated in a polite, efficient, safe and caring manner
Taking all safety precautions necessary to ensure the safety of yourself, the patient, and all other staff members
