Trainee Branch Manager

This role is based at our Nelson Plant. The emphasis will be on learning all aspects of the concrete business, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business development. This role is multi-faceted and fast-paced where no two days are the same.

This role offers an outstanding opportunity to be trained by our Nelson Branch Manager, learning all aspects of our concrete business including batching, testing, dispatching and logistics, customer service, and customer relationships while working towards the end goal of becoming Branch Manager. Package includes base salary and tools of the trade.
