You'll support the team to milk 750 cows, through a 60 bail rotary shed supported by ACRs and in-shed feeding and Allflex collars. Complimenting a team of 6 full time employees and a seasonal calf rearer you'll need to be a strong team player.We're looking for someone with a solid dairying foundation and strengths in milking, feeding and caring for cows. This is a great opportunity to step into management or grow your skills supported by on and off farm training. Working alongside the farm manager you'll be involved in all aspects of the business and build your capability to 'step up' and make key day-to-day farm management decisions.
