This is an entry-level full-time position with hours between 6:30am to 3:30pm (subject to flexibility), offering you the opportunity to play a vital role in maintaining the smooth flow of traffic and security compliance for our client's inwards and outwards goods process.To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to maintain tight controls over dockway processes and be strict on rules, have high attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Additionally, you are firm, yet professional and personable in your approach when enforcing rules.Main DutiesEnsure prompt and professional service aligned with our Service Level AgreementsUtilising booking Apps to coordinate a seamless traffic flow in and out of the basement areaAct as the gatekeeper to the goods liftIssue keys/cards at the sign-in point for the buildingManage and issue contractor's access requirementsEnsure compliance with Canon and client Health & Safety StandardsAbout youIf you are a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain control over dockway processes, we encourage you to apply.
