We are looking for a Traffic Services Manager to join our busy team in New Plymouth. Using your strong leadership and mentoring skills, you'll provide our traffic management teams with guidance, support and ensure all work is completed to the satisfaction of our customers both externally and internally.

You will be responsible for effectively and efficiently managing our Traffic Management business. Covering everything from operational and financial performance as well as providing leadership and direction to the TTM teams. Your initial focus will be around bedding down and supporting a team who has gone through significant change in the past 12 months.
You'll also build on our capability and capacity around our ability to self-perform along with building a network of strong relationships internally and externally within the region.
Along with managing a team and operation of this size and scale, you will also:
Ensure sound financial and business practices are applied to all Traffic Management services.
Allocate, monitor and manage resources (people and plant) to deliver a consistent product to our clients.
Promote strong collaborative customer relationships with positive interactions and value adding activities.
You will draw on your collaborative approach to working within and across multi-functional teams from different parts of the business to ensure the regional success.

As an experienced leader, you'll bring with you the following:

Good verbal and written communication skills.
