Role Overview: As a Traffic Management Operative (TMO), you will play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of traffic and ensuring safety on the roads.
Your responsibilities will include setting up and managing traffic control systems, coordinating with other operatives, and ensuring compliance with traffic regulations. Key Responsibilities: Set up and maintain traffic management systems, including signs, cones, and barriers. Monitor traffic flow and adjust controls as needed to ensure smooth and safe operation. Communicate effectively with other traffic management teams and local authorities. Adhere to all safety and legal requirements. Requirements: Previous experience in traffic management or a related field is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
