The Green Team at our Hawkes Bay branch are hiring Traffic Management Operatives (TMOs). With a robust project pipeline and growing traffic division, we offer opportunities for those looking to make their first step into traffic management or experienced TMOs.
This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking a career change, with great prospects for advancement to STMS roles and guaranteed weekly hours.
As a TMO at Higgins, you'll coordinate and control traffic, set up barriers, signs, and cones for safe workspaces, and assist pedestrians while answering local residents' questions.

What You'll Bring To The Role
Full driving licence or a restricted licence working towards obtaining full
Traffic Management experience or willingness to train into the role
TC Qualification (Level 1 minimum) is desirable
Class 2 licence preferred or willingness to obtain this.
Demonstrated strong work ethic and prior work experience
A safety-first attitude – for yourself, your team, and the public
Reliable, punctual, and motivated
High level of physical fitness
A team player with good problem-solving abilities
