Your role will involve developing and implementing effective operational management while fostering a collaborative culture across multi-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, anticipating needs and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction.Support managers in enhancing existing business and pursuing new opportunities.Site Oversight & Compliance:Ensuring all traffic management sites adhere to CoPTTM and local council guidelines.Conduct site audits and promptly address any non-compliance.Manage, coach, and mentor your team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional development.Equipment & Vehicle Management:Coordinating vehicle rosters and maintenance and ensuring all traffic management equipment (signs, cones, VMS boards, etc.)
