Our competitive edge is driven by our fresh and dynamic team, positive internal culture, and our overall pursuit to consistently evolve and deliver exceptional results to our clients.  We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Traffic Management Division Leader to grow and develop the Traffic Management Division. You will be able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment safely and efficiently. To be considered for this role you will need to: Hold a current STMS certification and have a thorough understanding of CoPTTM. Manage the Traffic Management team. Be committed to ensuring a high standard of traffic management is achieved on our sites. Have experience in the civil engineering and roading industry. Have experience on NZTA and Local Authority projects. Have an ability to manage and audit multiple sites. Have the ability to coach and train staff to ensure a high level of traffic management is maintained. Be professionally presented with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and members of the public. Hold a current full Class 1 Licence. Commitment to Health and Safety and Quality Assurance. What we are offering in return: A great team environment where you are treated like whanau. Medical insurance after 6 months service.
