Compliant with CoPTTM and H&S. Manage the future careers of TTM team members. New business development – work well with existing clients while seeking out new opportunities to increase market share. Support the Operations Manager & 2IC with performance management of all team members at branch-level. Fleet management – ensure daily vehicle checks are performed and documented. Ensure STMSs are prepared and briefed daily. Assist in the day-to-day running of the branch.
