Our client is a leading Traffic Management Business with a strong family lead culture with firm roots throughout the Central & Lower North Island regions. As they continue to grow through a holistic, innovative and culture driven approach, they are now looking for a Crew Supervisor to join their Taranaki team.
Responsibilities In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the training & mentoring of ALL Traffic staff from TTM Workers, right through to the STMS team. Your key responsibilities will be varied and further support from the management team will be provided to set you up for success in delivery of the below:
Play an integral part of training & developing your team
Ensure compliance around all aspects of H&S as well as CoPTTM
Show a keen interest and positive outlook on the new Frameworks for TTM
Have strong relationships with existing businesses throughout the Taranaki region
Have the ability to introduce new business through contract delivery
Fleet Management - manage the TTM fleet to ensure all vehicles are safe
Confidence in delivery of daily briefing for your STMS team
Qualifications/Attributes This role is suited to someone who has experience within the Traffic Management industry. You may currently be a Crew Supervisor looking to join a new team, or you may be a current STMS CAT B-P or C-P looking to advance your career and take on your next challenge for the season ahead. To be successful in the role, we believe the successful candidate will possess the below:
Current Crew Supervisor OR current STMS CAT B-P or C-P
Hold a minimum Full Class 1 License
CoPTTM & Connexis knowledge
The ability to undertake site audits
The willingness to get stuck in, learn, grow and contribute to the wider business
