We live by our REAL values – Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude, Leadership – and we demonstrate these through the good work we do, every day, as one team.The Opportunity Due to growth, we have a rare opportunity for a motivated Traffic Management Coordinator to join our team in Marlborough.As the Traffic Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for the Traffic Management Team in the Marlborough NOC (based in Blenheim) in accordance with our Company Real Values.As our Traffic Management Coordinator, you will work closely with internal departments and external clients, ensuring safe, effective, consistent Traffic Management delivery in accordance with CoPTTM.
The role will have a strong focus on managing the day-to-day delivery and performance of our TM team as well as ensuring compliance with internal/external Health & Safety and Quality Standards.You will also be responsible for:Interacting with customersDriving work programs, including scheduling, productivity, utilisation, cost management & control, efficiency, and revenue and profit enhancementPeople managementWhat you'll bring to the tableYou will have strong leadership and management skills, a proven track record in developing successful teams and fostering positive, collaborative, customer centric and a performance orientated workplace culture.
The successful candidate will preferably have solid knowledge of CoPTTM and industry training requirements (not essential).
