Requirements: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid Class 1 driver's licence and reliable transport
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Must have at least Traffic Management Ticket, Construct safe Certificate or 1 year experience
Ability to stand for long periods of time and complete manual labour tasks
Must have working rights in NZ and will be subject to pre-employment checks.

Key Responsibilities: Direct and manage traffic flow at construction sites and roadworks
Ensure safety protocols are followed
Communicate effectively with drivers and team members
Able to communicate well on walkie talkie
Set up barricades and cones to block off areas and ensure the safety of workers and pedestrians.
Monitor traffic flow and adjust traffic control measures as necessary.
Communicate with workers and supervisors to ensure that traffic control measures are effective and safe.
