Job Description
Are you ready to take your first step into leadership? We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the team in XXX as our Trading 2IC!
As the Trading 2IC, you will assist the Trading Manager with everything Shopfloor related, including The Entertainment and Technology departments and the Price Integrity function.
You will demonstrate great leadership of the teams in these areas and actively promote a safe environment, ensuring all legal trading requirements are met.
You will ensure planograms are maintained and promotions are set up correctly.

This is a permanent full-time position with the following hours of work:
Sunday and Monday: 9:30 am to 6 pm
Tuesday: 12 pm to 8:30 pm
Wednesday and Thursday: 10 am to 6 pm
Qualifications
Ideally you will have:
Proven retail experience
Strong leadership qualities
Commitment to the Customer and the in-store experience
Excellent Communication Skills
