Job Description Are you ready to take your first step into leadership? We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the team in XXX as our Trading 2IC! As the Trading 2IC, you will assist the Trading Manager with everything Shopfloor related, including The Entertainment and Technology departments and the Price Integrity function. You will demonstrate great leadership of the teams in these areas and actively promote a safe environment, ensuring all legal trading requirements are met. You will ensure planograms are maintained and promotions are set up correctly. We value each other and consider teamwork to be essential. We achieve things as a team and therefore need an ambitious candidate who is looking to start their career with The Warehouse. This is a permanent full-time position with the following hours of work: Sunday and Monday: 9:30am to 6pm Tuesday: 12pm to 8:30pm Wednesday and Thursday: 10am to 6pm Qualifications Ideally you will have: Proven retail experience Strong leadership qualities Commitment to the Customer and the in-store experience Excellent Communication Skills Additional Information What can The Warehouse offer you?
