The successful candidate will join our Day Shift Roster team which consists of either a Monday to Friday or a 9 day fortnight pattern.Every hour of every shift, your safety and wellbeing is our number one priority. We do the work only if it is safe, and we invest to make sure every member of the team has the quality tools they need to do their job.Reporting to our Crew Leaders and Superintendents, you'll join our close-knit, proud and hardworking teams following a structured process to optimise preventative maintenance tactics and minimise overall business costs, identifying and conducting planned and unplanned repair and diagnostic work within production time constraints on a wide variety of equipment.Your unwavering commitment to the safety of yourself and your team will see you promote and identify HSE opportunities to improve equipment, processes and behaviours. You will have the opportunity to utilise your strong problem-solving skills to add value through identifying and implementing improvement initiatives and applying robust defect elimination practices. With a demonstrated commitment to improving safety, cost and productivity, responsibilities include:Identify and conduct planned and unplanned repair and diagnostic work within production time constraints on a wide variety of equipment.Promote and identify HSE opportunities to improve equipment, processes and behaviors.Add value through identifying and implementing improvement initiatives and applying robust defect elimination practices.Manage your workload and act as a point of contact on jobs.Continue to develop and improve how you work.The work you'll do here will be unlike anything else in NZ.
