We are currently expanding our workshop with a new paint shop facility throughout the next 12 months, containing three booths, a mixing room, and ducted prep bays. We are looking for trade-qualified spray painters to join our team and help lead and train the next generation of skilled tradesmen. We employ two full-time detailers and preppers. At Shipton Smash Repairs, we only use the Spies Hecker waterborne paint system, and training can be provided. We are a preferred repairer for most of the large insurance companies and have been operating for over 30 years. Top wages paid for the right candidate.
