We seek Trades Assistant.Job DescriptionTrades Assistants are expected to:Assist tradesmen at construction sites.Maintain overall safe work practices and adhere to safety policies and procedures.Use fit-out decoration related tools and equipment safely and effectively.Keep the worksite free of rubbish and stow materials and equipment in an orderly manner.Ensure compliance with New Zealand standards and project specifications.Receive and carry out verbal and written instructions.Work as part of a team and within assigned roles.Conserve waste of consumables and other materials.Complete daily work assignments, including signatures for work completion and quality.Learn on-the-job as an on-the-job trainee.Assist or work with other trades.What's on offer?Good pay rates.Long-term assignments.The opportunity to work on a variety of projects.Work for a company that cares about your career and safety.If you are a proactive person and a great team player, please send your CV and any supporting qualifications or work experience references to us.
