This involves the proactive management and delivery to the national portfolio of facilities including NZDF Ohakea, Linton, Waiouru, and Burnham.To support Downer's operational delivery:Work under the direction of your designated leader undertaking works related to the delivery of service and/or projects.Work within the parameters relevant to the work, e.g., time, materials, costs, resources.Promote strong collaborative customer relationships with positive interactions and value-adding activities.Assist skilled tradespeople in carrying out maintenance, repairs, and project work, which are to be completed promptly and efficiently.Undertake tasks as required from time to time, as determined by the Site Manager / Team Leader.Work within and assist with risk and event management and mitigation guidelines.Escort sub-contractors, visitors, clients, or any other authorized persons as required.Hold a Drivers' License, Manual class 1.Be literate (ability to complete time and job sheets, and technical literacy to operate handheld electronic recording devices).Have the ability to plan jobs, operate, and maintain equipment without supervision.Be physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks.Have attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.Be flexible to work in different environments and adapt to changing priorities.Possess technical skills: working knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools.Be self-motivated, energetic, proactive, and results-oriented.Ko te take ka parekareka e koe ki te mahi ki konei | Why you will enjoy working hereA role with Spotless can advance your career and expand your skills.
