We are on the lookout for an experienced Organic Food Trader/Buyer to join our dynamic team. RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Organic Food Trader / Buyer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain management, responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing organic products to meet market demands. Your primary objective will be to ensure a steady supply of high-quality organic goods while maintaining competitive pricing and adhering to our sustainability standards.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in organic food trading, purchasing, or procurement roles
Strong understanding of organic certification standards, customs controls, and supply chain management principles
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and other procurement software
Commitment to sustainability, ethical sourcing, and promoting organic agriculture
