This role will see you be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Account Managers, suppliers, and customers. Your main objective will be to ensure a seamless customer experience by managing customer inquiries, providing product advice, quotes, and pricing information, and seeking out solutions to meet customer needs.
Daily you will be responsible for –
Actioning customer enquiries by phone, email & walk-in customer contact.
Seeking out value-added solutions for internal and external customers.
Taking clear briefs from stakeholders on what is to be quoted and preparing document details as needed.
Daily and weekly planning with account managers & team leaders to ensure all opportunities are captured.
Providing customers with product advice, quotes, and pricing information as well as tailored solutions.
Providing HBK category design and sales support for Hub.
Maintaining IS (Installed Solutions) contractor/supplier database and ensuring H&S and liability compliance including regular audit process and standards.
Providing administration support to the Trade Services and Sales Teams, estimating and planning.
This is a permanent role, offering 35 hours a week, Monday-Friday, based in PlaceMakers Nelson.
About you:
Building Industry experience is preferred, but a desire to learn about our products & processes.
Excellent communication abilities, in both verbal and written with the capability to provide personalized solutions.
Ability to work under pressure and organize your time and environment for maximum efficiency.
Excellent administration and organizational skills.
Computer literacy is important, confident user of Outlook, Word, Excel & general computer software; however, full training will be given on our in-house computer systems.
Excellence in customer service strategy and execution.
Ability to understand and operate to a high level various digital operating systems.
