Trade Support Assistant

Our Trade business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a dynamic administrator to join our team.Reporting to the Trade Operations Supervisor and working closely with the rest of the Trade team and our customers, this is a busy, interesting, and diverse role.You will support the Trade Manager and Account Managers in pricing and processing orders, co-ordinate and follow-through on all quotes, plans to estimator and quotation presentation packs, organise all customer indent stock/special orders and charge-out, reconcile and track key customer accounts, accuracy of account transactions and build client relationships to continue business growth.This is a key role in the Trade department that really utilises your organisational, administrative and people skills dealing with customers, suppliers, and all store departments.For this position we are looking for someone who has:strong administration and process experiencegood computer skills, and Excelgood time management and organisational skillsgood communication skills and numeracyexcellent attention to detail and follow-througha desire to deliver excellence in all that you dodrive and enthusiasmideally experience in a similar role within the construction/building industrythe ability to read plans would be an advantage.What we offer:Gain storewide experience in a dynamic and growing companyA fantastic team culture and environmentOn going training through eLearning supportSo if you want to work in a busy, dynamic work environment with a great team culture, taking your skills to the next level then we want to hear from you!
