We are currently on the lookout for a highly motivated and influential Trade Strategy Delivery Manager to join our Albany based Support Centre team.
In this exciting new role, you will provide industry insight and operational expertise to implement Mitre 10 trade strategy initiatives, build long-term network capability, and lead key trade projects. You will support stores in running an outstanding trade business and challenge them to unleash their growth potential.
Reporting to the Head of Trade, your key functions will include:
Implement trade strategy initiatives through collaboration with support center and store teams.
Provide industry insights to help stores run an outstanding trade business.
Lead trade operations with a focus on margin optimization, delivery capability, operational performance, manufacturing, estimations, and analytics.
Provide feedback on implementation and suggest improvements.
Coach, mentor and support a high performing team.
Support the Trade Pricing Manager in developing a Trade Pricing Centre of Excellence and provide ongoing mentoring.
Collaborate closely with the support center Trade Team, store operations, and store trade teams.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Significant trade pricing and operational management experience
Project management skills
Store operational expertise with the ability to partner with local leaders to embed best practices
Strong commercial acumen and strategic planning skills
Advanced excel and analytical skills
