Our Trade Specialists are experts who:
Provide technical support to our trade and retail customers through using their expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledge.
Build effective customer relationships.
Are superstar sellers and problem solvers, and use up-to-date product information and knowledge.
Are committed to providing a genuine service, where they create lasting impressions and moments that matter for their customers.
Enjoy working in a busy phone customer contact role.
Are safety aware and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment for themselves and their teammates.
The successful applicant will:
Demonstrate prior automotive parts or mechanical experience.
Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience.
Be comfortable sharing knowledge and have the ability to communicate in a technical and non-technical manner.
Be a natural problem solver who is solutions focused with sound computer skills.
Be a proactive and driven team player, who can also work independently.
Be available to work and have flexibility to work other days if requested.
