About the role In the role of Trade Sales Manager at CARTERS St Lukes, you will provide critical operational support to the branch manager by overseeing the day to day running of the Trade Sales Team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service to our trade customers, enhancing branch sales and ensuring efficient branch processes. You will:
Maintain best practice standards by setting an example and efficiently managing the team to meet objectives, optimize revenue, and ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols. Lead by example and work alongside the trade support and customer service team to identify suitable products, preparing and loading customer orders, and complete sales documentation accurately for our customers. Guide and nurture a small team, fostering inspiration, support, motivation, and advancement opportunities to encourage growth and succession.About you The ideal candidate will thrive in delivering unparalleled customer service and additionally, you will have the following skills and qualities:
