The successful applicant wouldhave great customer service skills, good telephone manner as well as theability to communicate with a wide range of customers.What would your day involve :Provides administrative support to Trade ManagerYou would be working along side the Trade Administrator and aspart of a wider team on both day to day accountabilities and project workGenerally, your day could include procurement, following up onquotes, price sourcing, inwards goods invoicing, taking and processing orders,dealing with client enquiries and organising transport for direct to siteorders, basically following orders through from inception to deliveryYour responsibilities in assisting the Trade Administrator willinclude :Maintaining the GAP management processAssisting with receipting goods and replenishment if requiredResearching product and supplier orderingWe are looking for a person who has :Strong organisational skills, time management skills as well asyour methodical approach to workYou have the ability to work under pressure and prioritiseeffectivelyExcellent communication within the business and customersAbility to manage a varied and busy workloadThis is a fulltime role, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.If you enjoy working as part of a team and have what it takes,then we want to hear from you.
